This new service is currently in beta and is only available to a select group of premium Hype members. Hype Plus is a mobile banking platform from Banca Sella, and the bank plans to roll it out to all its users in the next few days.
This new feature means customers can buy and sell Bitcoin directly through the Hype app, without having to use external platforms. That's according to ETHNews.com. Customers can also make transactions at any place where cryptocurrencies are accepted as a form of payment. To keep things fair, Banca Sella has put some trading restrictions in place. If you're using the Hype Start (Basic) account, you can trade up to 2,700 US dollars a year. Plus and Premium accounts let you process transactions of up to 54,000 US dollars a year. These limits are there to manage risk while giving the most active traders some flexibility.
